Credit Score
Applicants must have a credit score of 600 or above.
Rental History
No evictions in the past 7 years.
Criminal Background
Must have no felony convictions.
Income Requirements
- Single occupants (1BR): Income must be 2x monthly rent
- Shared units (2BR+): Combined income must be 3x monthly rent
Property Policies
- Small pets permitted (under 25 lbs) with approval
- Non-smoking property (within 20 feet of building)
- All applicants over 18 must complete an application
